Job Summary:
This role is for an Account Specialist, primarily supporting the account management team in executing and managing client campaigns. Key responsibilities include client communication, administrative tasks for accounts, and assisting with publisher management. The role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness to both clients and internal teams, and proactive collaboration within the team. The individual will learn to understand client performance, Rakuten Advertising products, and develop presentation and analytical skills. Ultimately, this position focuses on providing excellent client service and contributing to the successful execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication and act as liaison between publishers, advertisers and account managers.
Update client promotions, creative and communications as necessary.
Audit creative and placements as mandated by account team/client.
Review partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

Technical Abilities: Must be able to quickly learn proprietary software to manage campaigns and report results. Solid proficiency with Excel and Power Point for client-ready reports and presentations. Ability to learn Rakuten tools and processes
Communication Skills: Exemplary written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented: Able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Collaborative: Able to work across several teams and departments
Qualification Requirements:
College Graduate. Communication, marketing, business majors preferred.
