About the Role:

Join our Technology Operations team at ComplyAdvantage and play a key role in fostering a thriving culture, enhancing productivity, and driving overall efficiency within our technology organisation. Reporting to Senior Manager of Engineering Operations, you will be instrumental in supporting our engineers and data professionals by organising key events, facilitating seamless onboarding, coordinating our technology blog and technology newsletter, and supporting learning and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute bi-annual on-site technology events and fortnightly social evenings to promote team cohesion and knowledge sharing.
• Meeting Coordination: Support cross-functional meetings, including the Blog Editorial Committee and the Fortnightly Demo, ensuring productive discussions and clear action items.
• New Joiner Onboarding: Welcome new members to the technology team, facilitate their onboarding process, provide access to essential tools, and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions.
• Technology Blog Management: Work closely with the Social Media Marketing Team and the technology organization to maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality blog articles aligned with our technology brand objectives.
• Social Media Coordination: Coordinate social media promotion of new blog articles upon publication.
• Learning and Development Coordination: Identify relevant learning and development opportunities for technology teams, gather requirements, coordinate with speakers, organize events, and manage feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Skilled in requirement gathering from various stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to chair meetings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly for supporting blog content and creating internal newsletters and communications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering training or presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative attitude and demonstrated restlessness about maintaining the status quo
