We are looking for a driven, talented People Operations Manager with knowledge of People Systems and Processes to help us build a world-class People Experience for our global team of crime-fighters. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of People services, optimizing People processes, and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience.
About the role
- People Operations Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of People operations professionals managing first-line queries. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyse, and re-engineer People processes to improve efficiency & automation, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- People Policies: Ensure all People policies and procedures comply with local, national, and international labour laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
- Compliance: Manage the audit process for all People-related audit queries (in particular ISO and SOC2), ensuring our processes are robust and fulfil the requirements of the certification.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Develop and optimise efficient and engaging onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Employee Data Management: Ensure the accurate and secure management of all employee data.
- Knowledge Base: Maintain the People team knowledge base (Confluence) with up to date information, documentation and processes for the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring clarity on internal processes for the whole team.
- Tooling & Analytics: Ownership of the People Team tech stack including contract renewal and analytics
About you
You’ll likely have:
- Proven experience in People operations leadership, with a strong focus on process & systems improvement, optimisation and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interest in the latest technological trends within the People space and a desire to implement cutting edge advancements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a scale-up environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal direction.
