As a LangOps Specialist, you will work on researching, proposing and building content solutions for the wider LangOps and Dev teams. You will build a holistic roadmap taking into account internal and external stakeholders and partners, categories, and content requirements for all tenants (farfetch.com and FPS) and support in its execution. You will be accountable for the overall performance and execution of projects within this workstream and act as the go-to for senior leaders and other key stakeholders.

  • You will focus on solutions and oversee the wider operational excellence of the LangOps and Dev team, managing E2E projects from idea to testing and publication.

  • You will determine methods, research and design solutions for the LangOps teams and act as a subject matter expert within the company for Brand & Marketing, UX and Operational areas.
  • You will act as a technical lead in cross functional projects to coordinate activities of key contacts even outside your own area of expertise.
  • You will collaborate with the other LangOps Specialists in the team to harmonise processes across verticals and fulfil requirements for content across the FF Group, as well as identify new requirements for our tooling, whether that is new features, integrations and other improvements.
  • You will nurture the relationship with the LSP and our tech providers, providing the relevant support and building a pipeline of content solutions in collaboration with them.
  • You will own the operational quality of Brand & Marketing, UX and Operational content, focusing on identifying issues, gaps and other challenges, and providing solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
  • You will be working with Designers, Product, Legal and Project managers to review UI and UX solutions for global and local solutions.
  • You will own the content management tools (internal CMS and external platforms like Coremedia) for Brand & Marketing, UX, and Operations. You will also be the owner of monday.com, a cross-vertical processes-related tool used for project, capacity and budget management.
