In 2021, the company was acquired by SEI (NASDAQ:SEIC) to expand SEI’s capabilities for both the institutional investor and investment management markets. The Novus platform, now SEI Novus, is still used by hedge funds, fund of funds, family offices, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, foundations, and endowments—enabling investors to interact with their investments and with each other.
