Job Description:
The Rakuten TV Enterprise mission is to simplify CTV & Streaming to create an open, trustworthy, and thriving industry for our partners. We are now looking for an Costumer Support based in Barcelona to support our portfolio accounts. Rakuten TV is a leading streaming platform, available in 42 countries of Europe, which offers premium Hollywood and local content across various types of access: Transactional Video-on-demand (ie buy or rent movies), AVOD (advertising-based on-demand content) or FAST (linear free TV channels with ads). It is available across multiple devices, such as CTV, mobile, web, and Telcos set top boxes.
Key Responsabilities
Supporting Accounts lead by Costumer Managers alike
Timely and satisfactory execution of administration of client programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and Rakuten Advertising revenue goals.
Building on current understanding our products and use of our internal systems
Managing internal resources using them effectively and helping Account Managers provide a high level of service for the client
Interacting and building relationships with clients via email and in-person
Maintaining internal relationships through daily email and weekly phone calls
