Redefining advertising effectiveness measurement and evolving our value as a research company to the next generation.
In this position, you will be responsible for enhancing the uniqueness and competitiveness of a research company through product planning, business design, and data utilization in the advertising measurement field.


Our mission is to evolve existing research flows and fundamentally strengthen the foundations of advertising effectiveness measurement while utilizing the latest technologies such as AI, API, and external data integration.
We will work with experts both inside and outside the company to evolve existing effectiveness measurement to make it more practical and deliver new value to the market.
We are looking for a colleague who will lead the transformation of the research industry, not just improve efficiency and automation.

Position Details

Responsibilities
1. Promotion of projects related to advertising effectiveness measurement
- Planning and requirement definition of business improvement measures aimed at automating and streamlining survey design and tabulation processes
- Promotion of tool development and API integration in collaboration with the internal development team, and optimization of execution processes
- Project management in collaboration with sales, researchers, and development departments

2. Strengthening of data utilization infrastructure
- Planning of internal data preparation and external data integration to expand the range of data that can be used in surveys
- Support for building an effective analysis environment and measurement infrastructure through the design of data flows and specifications

3. Product/menu development
- Planning and designing new survey methods and products for advertising effectiveness measurement using AI and data
- Building measurement methods that are linked to behavioral logs and external data, not just brand lift indicators
- Support the design of new value-providing menus based on customer issues and market needs

Not only can you improve existing research flows, but you can also set your own challenges and shape them into product menus in response to the question, "How can we measure advertising effectiveness more accurately and in a more valuable way?" This is a challenging and meaningful position in which you will work with a variety of experts in sales, development, research, and other fields to create the next generation of measurement standards.

Work Environment

The department responsible for measuring advertising effectiveness is divided into three sections, categorized by purpose and function.
The organization is mainly made up of young people in their 20s and 30s, with flat communication and a lot of energy.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Desired skills and experience
- Project management experience (experience managing progress and coordinating with stakeholders regardless of scale)
- Stakeholder coordination skills (experience building consensus with multiple departments and external partners)
- Experience participating in projects to improve business efficiency or customer value using data, APIs, and AI
- Document creation skills (experience creating documents that clearly show the purpose, issues, and proposals for both internal and external parties)
- Basic PC skills (beginner to intermediate level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Desired personality
- Someone who has a sense of ownership and can proactively design and promote even complex projects
- Someone who can grasp the key points, think about things structurally, and involve others
- Someone who is interested in the mechanisms of technology and data, and has the attitude to apply them to their work while deepening their understanding
- Someone who has the initiative to make hypotheses for issues that do not have a correct answer, and move forward while verifying them themselves
- Someone who can act as a bridge between business and technology and create value while translating the languages ​​of both
- Someone who is eager to learn new knowledge and tools and can flexibly respond to change

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in product planning and implementation in SaaS PdM (product manager) or BizOps, research/advertising tech companies
- Experience in supporting the implementation of web-based business tools and internal/customer systems, and in planning and promoting them
- Experience in understanding the basic structure and use of advertising effectiveness measurement and brand lift surveys
