We want people who are endlessly curious about technology, with the relentless hustle to force open any door and the emotional intelligence to build deep relationships with founders. You have probably decided that you want to spend the next twenty years in venture or are considering building something of your own in the future.

The Analyst/Associate Programs last for two years during which you will be embedded in the investment team with an unusual level of autonomy. You can expect to do the following:

• Source and analyze startups across the continent

• Build your own network of founders, operators and investors

• Grip legals, cap tables, preference stacks and all the other sexy parts of the job

• Attend, launch and run events in the startup ecosystem

• Drive content and communication activities for the fund

• Be part of investment decisions, diligence and cross-portfolio support

• Start to work with some of the companies we invest in

• Learn from an extremely high-performing team across sourcing, selecting, winning and supporting

Previous Seedcamp investment team members have founded other funds like Tiny, become Partners at funds like Point9, built businesses like CityMapper, lead teams at Meta and of course gone on to lead Seedcamp itself.
