The team

Our design team is made up of versatile designers who have and are constantly developing and broadening their skill sets and deepening their process knowledge. You'll have the chance to work with like-minded individuals who are passionate about design and user experience. We value personality over work experience and are looking for team members to join a peaceful and friendly work environment.

The role

As a Junior Product Designer at SeedLegals you will be involved in all stages of the product development process, from brainstorming business challenges and concepts right through to iterating fidelity of the UI up to launch. You'll contribute to the approach to the creation of digital products, whilst having a holistic view of the product in order to make key and insightful decisions.

We'd love to hear from you if...

• You have some experience working commercially within end-to-end Product Design or development.
• You may be at the beginning or want to change direction, bring other skills from previous work but can demonstrate your passion for design.
• You are familiar with good UX practices: user journeys, personas, wireframing, etc.
• You are a visual designer understanding colour, space, layout for the digital world
• You have worked within agile teams
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your passion for Product Design and UX
• Figma and Protopie are no strangers
• You love solving challenging problems
• Are a good listener and communicator – able to build working dynamics and relationships that facilitate discussion and collaboration
  

And if you can hit one or two of these as well, even better...

• Feel comfortable translating business requirements into intuitive designs
• Are able to conduct user research to derive actionable insights that inform and/or validate the design direction
• Are able to work independently on a team and make decisions, with plenty of support
