Field Marketing & Community Lead

Our mission

Money sitting idle is money lost. We're fixing that.

Founded in 2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko gives SMEs, non-profits, financial advisers and fintechs access to institutional-grade cash management, via app or API. We are building the full infrastructure: issuing, operating, and distributing the products ourselves.

Two years after launch, we serve thousands ****of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month.

Our ambition: become the world's leading treasury management infrastructure in a market worth trillions.

We are backed by Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise.

Spiko runs on excellence, transparency, and straight talk.

The role: Field Marketing & Community Lead

As our first Field Marketing & Community Lead, you will build and animate a thriving community of CFOs and finance leaders around Spiko. Through curated events, compelling content, and a dedicated newsletter, you will position Spiko as the go-to hub for forward-thinking CFOs across Europe, turning our clients and prospects into an engaged network and powerful advocacy engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow Spiko's CFO community: Create a destination that CFOs genuinely want to be part of.

  • Plan and execute events: Own the end-to-end production of exclusive lunches, breakfasts, roundtables, and networking events for prospects and clients. Handle logistics, guest curation, speaker selection, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Launch and manage Spiko’s newsletter: Create a high-quality, recurring newsletter that delivers genuine value to CFOs, market insights, peer benchmarks, expert perspectives, to keep the community engaged between events.

  • Capture customer testimonials: Identify happy clients, produce compelling case studies and testimonials (written and video), and integrate them into our marketing and sales materials.

  • Produce content for our social channels and animate online forums: Write, coordinate, and publish content (articles, LinkedIn posts, video snippets, event recaps) that reinforces Spiko's thought leadership among finance decision-makers.

  • Develop co-marketing opportunities: Identify and engage relevant partners (accounting firms, CFO networks, industry associations) to amplify community reach.

  • Measure and optimize impact: Track community growth, event attendance, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution. Use data to continuously improve formats, content, and outreach.

Who we're looking for

Requirements (must-haves):
  • Community or event management experience: You have at least 3 years of experience building communities, organizing B2B events, or managing engagement programs, ideally targeting senior finance or C-level audiences.

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills: You are an excellent writer and storyteller, capable of producing content that resonates with sophisticated, time-constrained professionals. Native-level fluency in French and excellent English.

  • Strong organizational skills: You are rigorous and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple events and content deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are creative, proactive, and highly ambitious, driven to play a key role in building a global leader in financial services, fully embracing the dedication and challenges this entails.

  • Autonomy: You are highly autonomous in managing the responsibilities of this role, reporting to the Head of Growth.

  • Deep interest in financial services and enthusiasm for Spiko's mission.

  • Willingness to travel: As Spiko expands across Europe, this role will involve regular travel to organize events in different markets. Expect roughly one trip per month as the community scales.

Nice to have
  • Experience in B2B fintech, particularly in treasury, cash management, or wealth management.

  • An existing network among CFOs or finance professionals.

  • Proficiency in one or more European languages beyond English and French (e.g., Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch).
