About the role:

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help hospitality businesses understand the value of Tebi’s OS. You'll be the driving voice of our merchants, craft positioning and messaging informed by market, merchant, and competitive insights, and launch campaigns to sharply attract new restaurants and drive engagement of current ones.

You’ll be an essential storyteller for Tebi, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Success and the rest of the Marketing team to connect our narratives and ensure we’re telling the right story at the right moment to the right audience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Messaging, ICP and positioning: evolve our foundational narratives and definitions, and iterate as we develop new product modules, features, gather more research, or target new markets. Tailor messaging for the right audiences, and create content that delivers it in creative, clear way.

  • GTM strategies and tactics: develop and execute campaigns to launch new features and markets across all channels, working with our Brand Creative on concepting and design and our Growth Marketer to distribute with insight.

  • Enablement: work with our Sales and Success teams to deliver sharp messaging in every prospect- or merchant-facing communication. Craft pitch decks, one-pagers, video scripts, emails, and in-app messages and refine them with further research and optimization strategies.

  • Merchant marketing: help our merchants learn about new features or underused workflows and set up proactive comms to guide them and push product adoption. Identify distinguished merchant stories and develop case studies to promote their success.

  • Product marketing strategy + practice: develop frameworks, workflows, and tools to consistently level-up our efforts and impact.

  • Research + insights: conduct research across merchant needs, industry trends, market specifications, competitive landscape and more to enhance our messaging and GTM.

What You'll :

  • 5+ years of B2B tech product marketing experience, bonus if in hospitality or fintech

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to communicate with merchants and internal teams

  • Track record at a fast-growing company in a competitive market, with strong adaptability to change and independent agency

  • Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and priorities in mind

  • Strong understanding of tech products, PM x PMM collaboration, and PMM best practices, and ability to explain technical products in direct, easy language

  • Interest in AI and new technologies – you like testing new tools to work more efficiently

  • Fluent English with strong writing skills; other European languages a plus

What is Restaurant Software?

Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
