At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

We’re seeking a motivated Director of Revenue Operations to lead our U.S.-based Revenue Operations team out of our New York office. This role is a key strategic partner to the VP of Sales, U.S., and reports directly to the Senior Director of GTM Operations.

As a senior leader within our RevOps function, you'll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue-generating processes across sales and customer success. You’ll lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals, own forecasting and pipeline management practices, and implement operational improvements that drive growth. Your work will empower data-informed decisions, enhance sales execution, and support scalable revenue expansion across our U.S. business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Pipeline Management: Own and optimize the end-to-end pipeline management process across the U.S. sales organization. Ensure pipeline quality, data integrity, and process consistency to drive predictability and revenue growth.
  • Forecasting & Business Insights: Develop and maintain accurate, data-driven forecasting models. Partner with sales leadership to deliver regular forecasts, surface performance trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and develop a skilled RevOps team operating in the U.S. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to enhance the team's skills and abilities.
  • Process & Tech Stack Optimization: Work closely with global GTM Ops and Sales Enablement to ensure our CRM and broader revenue tech stack supports U.S. team needs. Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and process improvements.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver actionable reporting and dashboards to U.S. sales leadership. Transform raw data into strategic insights that support better decision-making and execution.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on U.S. go-to-market goals, KPIs, and initiatives. Act as the connector between strategy and execution, ensuring coordination across functions.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Extensive experience with pipeline management, revenue forecasting, sales coverage modeling, productivity metrics, and performance insights
  • Capable of effectively handling high-growth, dynamic tech environments
  • Highly self-motivated, innovative, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across departments and regions
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership in the U.S. market; international experience would be beneficial
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, sales analytics tools (e.g., Looker), and operational playbooks
  • Skilled in creating and managing collaborative team environments
  • Methodical and data-informed approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in New York City

What's in it for you:

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $158,000 to $192,000 gross per year. This range doesn’t include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot’s equity program or other benefits.
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • 20 vacation days + 2 personal days +10 paid holidays per year
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community

  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials
  • A friendly, open office complete with a foosball table, roof deck with wifi (rooftop meeting anyone?!) and unlimited snacks and drinks
  • Communal lunch, extra treats and events during the month — think ice cream carts, coffee bars and massages, to name a few

  • Tailored leadership development program consisting of workshops, coaching opportunities, and structured feedback mechanisms to enable world-class leadership

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences as well as how you will contribute to our working culture.
